Responsibility for monitoring and coordinating the execution of multiple projects for both retail and office space. Point of contact for the client preparing timely project status reports, managing change control process and client’s claim.Responsibility for developing and maintaining master project budgets and schedules as required for each project and project phase to ensure overall project objectives and client needs are met.In charge to prepare timely reports to ISG Top Management for strategic decisions about local business. Responsibility for the coordination of ISG project team, generally including project and construction managers, financial manager, H&S manager and occasionally designers team during the preliminary and executive planning stages.In charge for supporting Procurement Office for selection and contracting process of subcontractors and external consultants.
