• Extensive work in Medical Malpractice, Personal and Catastrophic Injuries, and Mass Tort, including Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices;• Assist Attorneys with Trial Preparation;• Draft Complaints, Outgoing Discovery, Discovery Responses, Arbitration and Mediation Statements;• New Jersey State and Federal Court experience• Initial Client Contact/Intake interview; • Pre-suit preparation, including obtaining, summarize, and organize medical records, preparation of medical packages for expert review, and preparation of demand packages;• Heavy client and expert witness contact.

Paralegal:• Personal Injury – Maintain files; Obtain, summarize and upkeep medical records; Draft and Respond to Discovery• Corporate Law – Formation of Corporate Entities in NJ, PA, DE, and NY, Preparation of Bylaws/Operating Agreements, annual maintenance of Corporate and LLC minute books.• Foreclosures and Ejectments (Pennsylvania);• Business Law – preparation of documents relating to the sale of dental practices• Opening/Organization of files; Summarize deposition transcripts; • Organization and upkeep of Legal Library;• Train new employees on computer system.Administrative Assistant to Office Manager:• Organize/Enter Accounts Payable• Maintain employee personal files• Track employee sick/vacation time• Train new employees on office equipment
