Michele Sorice is a global executive with over 20 years’ experience in Aerospace & Defence (A&D), with a focus on Business, Sales, Customer Service, Program Management, and Strategy. He has worked and lived in the US, Italy, England, and France giving him a multicultural perspective that he has used to successfully lead and transform worldwide multi-million sales organizations focusing on Customer experience, network integration and digital innovation. Dynamic and driven, he has held leadership positions at Leonardo, a TOP 10 global A&D player, serving also as President/Board Director of subsidiaries (Europe, Asia, Middle East). In his career Michele has managed complex high-value projects and new aircraft programs building long-term relationships with numerous Fortune500 Companies (Boeing, Airbus, Pratt & Whitney, Shell, Saudi Aramco), government entities (UK Ministry of Defence, US Coast Guard, NAHEMA), and regulatory agencies (EASA, FAA). Michele earned his Executive MBA from IMD, a top-ranked business school in Lausanne, Switzerland. He navigated business expeditions to Beijing, Shanghai, and Mumbai and pitched start-ups in Silicon Valley. He also co-wrote a case on UBER that was selected for Harvard Business Review. Earlier he completed an Executive Leadership program at Imperial College in London and Columbia University in New York.
