- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams with the scope of achievement of Project Mechanical Completion- Coordinate Punch Lists team and related discipline lead in the closeout of all remaining activities in order to allow signature of the plant acceptance certificate from Client.

- Managing overall pre-commissioning activities required to bring the project from Construction Completion to Mechanical Completion.- Interface between Construction Team and Commissioning Team ensuring coordination between departments- Lead multidisciplinary teams on the required pre-commissioning site acitivities. (Test Pack/Hydrotest, I/O Check/Loop Checks and more).

- Responsible for the Construction of N.4 Subsea Tunnels 1.3km each through MTBM Pipe Jacking Method.- Provided the guidelines for the definition of construction execution plan and its strategies, such as subcontracting plans, logistic and constructability studies, during the earlier stages of the project.- Participated in defining the overall project planning and scheduling for construction activities.

Natural Gas Storage Plant - EPC Contract - Client: IGS- Mechanical Completion Dossiers achieved during the mentioned timeframe.- Punch Lists (internal and official) closed during the mentioned timeframe allowing the signature of the plant acceptance certificate from Client

- Support Project management in monitoring, updating and closeout of project pending points.- Site focal point for all the matters belong warranty claims and pending punch lists. - Coordinate the integrated multidisciplinar warranty team for the closeut of the project pending activities.- Steer coordination meetings with client and internal site organization, in order to optimize the schedule of activities and related warranty intervention acceptance.- Coordinate the shipment of pending material required for final plant acceptance.- Plant Shutdown coordinator with the aim to perform all the pending activities for what plant shutdown is mandatory.

- Support the Construction Manager to ensure the direction of the project construction activities, both performed by subcontractors or in DH, supervising multidisciplinary construction works according to contract requirements and project objectives.- Support project management in defining, monitoring and updating project execution plans.- Support the Construction Manager to ensure that the activities are carried out within the planned time and costs, coordinating and instructing the construction team accordingly and intervening with corrective actions in case of deviations or difficulties.- Ensure effective interdisciplinary coordination verifying adequacy and consistency of construction strategies. Take necessary technical decisions in case of unresolved conflicts between disciplines, ensuring the optimization of construction sequences- Manage the interfaces with the Client for all the matters relevant to construction activities

LNG Liquefaction Plant – EPC Contract Client: Sonatrach- Total 14299 lines Hydro/Pneumatic tested included in more than 5000 Test Packs- Coordinator of an integrated team of 45 units coming from different disciplines.- Coordinate the achievement of the plant piping test circuits completion, both performed by subcontractors and in direct hiring, as defined in the project plans and schedules.- Coordinate the interfaces with all construction disciplines and engineering departments.- Ensure full compliance with safety and quality standards and procedures and verify that works are correctly carried out in accordance with project documentation and in the planned time frame.- Prepare test packs execution schedule in accordance with construction and commissioning requirements.- Set up the proper tools to control the test packs flow and achieve the progressive completion of piping system. Interface with the construction team (mechanical, welding, instrumentation) and with the engineering and quality site team.- Steer daily coordination meetings with subcontractors and internal site organization, in order to optimize the schedule of activities.- Provide reports on progress of work and statistical data.- Coordinate the walkthroughs in order to finalize test packs and reinstatements, producingquality certificates.- Manage the test packs flow with the Client and local government parties ARH

LNG Liquefaction Plant – EPC Contract Client: Sonatrach- Total Production 10000 tons of Prefabrication done with about 500000 inch welding and 2 tons of supports.- Organize, coordinate and control the prefabrication works splitted in 4 workshop, both performed by subcontractors and in direct hiring with a peak of 140 workers.- Manage the working of raw material (cut, bevel, roll), assembly and painting elementary parts to be released to erection.- Optimize workshop and prefabrication activities.- Manage the execution of: structural prefabrication, piping prefabrication, appurtenancesprefabrication, assembly, painting and insulation.- Ensure that welding activities and non-destructive controls are carried out according to technical procedures and specifications with a view to cost optimization.- Ensure that consumables used in the workshop comply with required quality standards.- Manage workshop equipment and supervise maintenance and / or repair jobs to ensure that equipment is kept in good working order.

GOSP Crude Plant – EPC Contract Client: Sonatrach- Assigned in taskforce to the development of the project and involved in the preparation of contractual documents belong Commissioning Discipline.- Contribute to the preparation of the Commissioning and Pre-Commissioning Manual sharing information and activities with all the departments and disciplines involved.- Training in Commissioning discipline in order to learn drawings/procedures/practices to be integrated in the construction know-how.

Coca Cola Production Plant- Lead a second level boiler for the production of saturated steam for food production purposes. Run put into service stops, maintenance and chemical analysis of generators assigned ensuring the continuity of the steam production for the plant.
