Pursued new business and grew my own account list for the East Coast sales of custom embroidered logo-wear/apparel, dye sublimation, silk screening, and promotional items. Clients included the USPA (US Parachute Assoc) with over 30,000 members and the US Parachute Team that performs in international competitions.

Managed one of Spotlight’s top billing lists that in October and November 2005 alone grossed a combined $2 million. Worked with OMD, as well as heavy political/issue agencies (Buying Time, Abar Hutton, Mentzer Media, National Media, and many others). Agency clients included State Farm, Nissan, Infiniti, Visa, Sterling Jewelers, ABC TV, GE and Wendy's restaurants.

Represented 21 television stations throughout the U.S., including all networks (ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox, WB and UPN) and the following station groups: Post-Newsweek, Viacom, Tribune, Emmis and Acme. Developed relationships with the top advertising agencies in Chicago, including Starcom, PHD, Media Edge CIA/Young & Rubicam, Optimum, Zenith, and Mindshare/J. Walter Thomson. Developed and grew accounts by as much as 50-100%. I enjoyed the opportunity to "fix" problems, create strong relationships, and grow billing for my clients!

Managed and grew current accounts by over 50%. Nearly 50% of monthly sales were from NEW BUSINESS (new agency and direct accounts). Also sold Clear Channel events, such as Smooth Jazz Thursdays, CD Sampler, Listener’s Choice, and Prudential Preferred Properties Program. Clients included American Express Financial, Galyan’s, Benjamin Moore, Ice Mountain, Rogers & Holland, Farmer’s Insurance, Speedway, Warner Bros., and MGM.

Created and managed new events and new business opportunities ABC Radio properties: WLS 890 AM, Radio Disney, ESPN Radio and 94.7 FM radio stations. Sold events directly to clients. Clients included Navy Pier, Target Grand Prix, Hershey’s, Kinko’s, and Black & Decker.
