I have 10+ years of experience in the field of controlling and project management in the automotive sector.I joined Lamborghini in 2016 and I am currently project controller of Urus, World's first Super SUV. I work in a cross-functional team in a matrix organization - shoulder to shoulder with product engineers and designers - with a 360 degree view on the product.What I like the most about my job is to see a dream car taking shape from design sketches to the assembly line while steering critical decisions to meet financial targets and adding value for the company.Prior to Lamborghini, I have worked 4 years in CNH Industrial as Plant controller in three different powertrains production sites: Foggia FPT (ca. 2.000 employee), Bourbon-Lancy FPT (ca. 1.200 employee), Torino FPT (ca. 1.000 employee). There, it was very intriguing and exciting to work literally inside the production lines in different environments while reaching a result of -8% transformation cost reduction year-over-year.Outside the workplace I love travelling with my family and practicing sports, especially riding my MTB.Continuous learning, exploring and take challenges is what makes me tick.
