This has taken me on a journey away from conventional medicine into the world of integrative, holistic, also known as functional medicine. I have spent years independently studying and applying what I have learned which led me to receive my certification as a functional medicine health coach from the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy (FMCA) which is affiliated with The Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM). IFM is a world-renowned organization that teaches medical doctors how to restore health by addressing the root causes of disease for each individual.Additionally, I am accredited by the National Board for Heath & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC), a National Board of Medical Examiners partner organization.The functional medicine community works with the root cause of illness and disease.
