CurrentOversee the daily operation of office from A-Z including the bookkeeping roll thru sales support. Provide administrative support in a variety of functions to executive leadership team and sales department in this fast-paced organization. Handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks involving the clerical, administrative function, research, and management roles. Answer phone inquiries and provide basic information. Responsible for supply management, order entry and tracking of product into the US.Maintains schedule management, office management, communication liaison for executive team, information preparation, company records management, data analysis, and representing the executive to others. Handle confidential information and communications.
