Answer phone inquiries and provide basic information. Responsible for supply management, order entry and tracking of product into the US.Maintains schedule management, office management, communication liaison for executive team, information preparation, company records management, data analysis, and representing the executive to others. Handle confidential information and communications.

Daily preparation of all A/P and A/R. Coordinator of new HVAC installations, including contract, file preparation, equipment and supply ordering, logistics, billing, collections, rebate, utility and regulatory filings. P&L project management reporting to upper management.
