Responsible for cost, schedule and quality of the entire project implementation including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning ,start up and plant delivery to the owner including the definition of project strategies , for coordinating the activities of managing and for monitoring the budget and schedule of the project as well as the implementation of corrective actions aimed at achieving the objectives of budget (costs) , schedule (time), quality targets and achievement of goals relating to a safe project implementation.

Responsible of the Proposals Department for technical and economic proposals/quotations / tenders , heading the activities for technical and economic definition and setting, reviewing and approving of the proposals budget as well as the terms and conditions of the contracts as the scheduling , the technical-economic setting and the estimation of new offers / competitions. Responsible of the activities aimed to monitor/review/ approve the company procedures for business development, project management and contracts management , with the objective to consolidate and improve the skills and know-how typical of companies operating in environments strongly oriented to the achievement of budget goals as well as in meeting customer expectations and business quality (ISO 9001).

Responsible for the monitoring and verification of each project in terms of budget, time schedule and quality.
