Regional Marketing Manager
CurrentCoordinates and implements marketing communication projects with responsibilities that include public relations, special events management, advertising, and creating brand awareness. Primarily responsible for the referral development activity associated with given facilities and/or geographic region. Participates in community events, school functions, and other activities that would benefit Complete Cares brand. Works closely with our clinical teams, local schools, physicians, and business and community leaders. Organizes the preparation of proposals and presentations using marketing resource materials such as brochures, data, slides, photographs, and reports. Provide ongoing customer insights, market trends, and competitive date to marketing team. Generate leads and drive volume. Act as a point person for inside and outside teams. Work closely with marketing team to create marketing strategies. Attend trade shows and events to market services. Prepare status reports on marketing efforts. Develop and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent, quality interactions with customers. Continuously update and validate understanding of customers’ changing clinical and/or operational issues.
