Zoggs and Mares Aquazone Hardgoods Product Manager. Responsible for beginning to end management, and global commercial performance, of all eye protection, training accessories, within Zoggs and Mares Aquazone brands. Responsible for the life cycle of the products, from opportunity identification and product definition, through distribution and to discontinuation/end-of-life. Conducting market studies on field, and owning consumer, market and competitive insights that are relevant to the product range. Driving analysis of internal and external data in order to understand any major developments in the product or product family with regards to competition and trends in the market.Provide support to cross functional teams. Effective ability to communicate complex and/or controversial topics and concepts to a wide and diverse audience. Driven and passionate in planning and delivering great products that meet the needs of the consumer. Able to integrate and influence cross-functionally at all levels within the business. Good interpersonal skills, understanding of cultural differences and requirements, expecially with people from other countries. Quick to identify patterns and trends within customer, consumer and competitor behaviour. Good skills in presenting new products and technologies to various kind of audience.Being responsible of all the styles as PLM, I own the product briefing process and the long term product roadmap of each style, developed in coordination with design, development and other relevant stakeholders.
