Welcome! I am a Detroit-area Colleague & Client Experience professional with 20-plus years of delivering an superior experience. I manage our colleague onboarding team and enjoy ensuring our colleagues receive a white glove and welcoming experience. I ensure that our Private Bank team is able to provide superior client service to our high-net worth and ultra affluent clients to enable them to achieve their financial goals over the course of multiple generations. I am active within the local community, helping better the lives of others. I am a member of Impact100 Metro Detroit, a volunteer at New Day Foundation, and participate in teaching financial literacy programs largely through Junior Achievement.I Lead our Southeast Michigan & Northwest Ohio Women's Business Resource Group. Our group works to increase female engagement and empowerment within the Huntington workplace, allowing colleagues to learn from each other, network, and own their personal and professional development. We host events that enable our members to support our local communities.
