In the role of Program Manager, I successfully created the corporate capability and factory model for System Retirement and Data Archiving by embedding within data management corporate governance which included Security, Legal Operations, Systems Management and Technical Operations.

As Sr. Program Business Analyst, my responsibilities included execution of vendor selection then creation of deliverables and processes for the emerging data archive capability.

Using scenario based requirements, user-system interaction models, wireframes, functional and design specifications, and fit-gap methodology, facilitated the development and configuration of the third party Software systems for the Product Safety and Quality Assurance and Product Development groups. Efforts and deliverables included elicitation of functional, non functional, reports, role definition, security and integration requirements. These requirements were consumed by the technical and test teams into design and test deliverables.

Performed business analysis for new departmental or corporate initiatives to research alternatives, as they relate to new functionality requests, process re-engineering and development for systems or business procedures. This included requirements gathering, feasibility analysis, planning, flowcharting, workflow documentation, user acceptance testing, deployment and post implementation documentation and follow up. Acted as the chief liaison between the business side of the corporation and the internal IT department.Acted as the liaison between corporate software provider and business community for software issues, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
