Our free, science-based tips and tools help parents and caregivers give children a great start in life today—and an even better future.• Partner with the Foundation’s grants team, communications team, and other Foundation staff to effectively support grant partners, grantmaking processes and all Foundation efforts.• Develop program grant strategy and community partnership evaluation process, analyzing investment impact and effectiveness and driving ongoing Foundation learning and improvement.• Provide research, background information and analysis on sector trends, potential projects, prospective and current grant priorities and partners and investment goals.• Identify and vet potential partners and manage program launch, implementation, and delivery.• Deliver complex, cross-functional projects aligned with team goals, considering the larger strategic picture in making trade-offs and planning effectively.• Craft compelling narratives that make program impact relatable and understandable for a wide audience. Translate investments, measurement, and evaluation findings into easy-to-understand stories.• Experience designing training rollout plans and partnering with vendors to develop and deliver training. Demonstrated expertise in planning and coordinating training sessions or educational opportunities for adult learners.
