Michele has 23 years of experience in designing, testing, installation, repair and troubleshooting of analog, digital, and high-speed telecommunication services for customers with over 2000 lines per month. Michele has extensively trained employees on the installation, maintenance and processing of customer telecommunication requests including technical assistance to the field as well as internal and external customers.Michele is recognized for her ability to identify unused switching capacity and has been instrumental in saving monies by the rearrangement of digital and high-speed circuits onto companied owned equipment instead of lease equipment. Michele has a proven record in demonstrating strong team player skills. She has been instrumental in working with her team to identify root causes and encourage the team as a whole to develop a long term solution for the customer.
