Business Development Leader
CurrentThis multi-functional position coordinates with the Waldmann Lighting USA’s Sales team to help sell products and attract new business across all three market segments (Industrial, Medical & Office Architectural). • Maintain and develop existing and new customers in collaboration with the Director of Sales and Regional Sales Managers • Identify and qualify opportunities to grow sales in existing and new accounts utilizing multiple data resources • Make initial contact to help secure new customers• Research markets, sales channels and opportunities to support sales goals and objectives• Assist with sales forecasts, weekly sales reports, and industry reports to provide actionable information for the sales team• Provide Goldmine CRM training, coaching and reporting to regional sales team to plan, prioritize and measure sales activities • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities with emphasis on product positioning and new market/product opportunities.• Process ownership of new product introduction and product change process in coordination with multiple departments to ensure a seamless rollout.• Participate in industry trade shows to represent Waldmann Lighting, promote products and stay abreast of our industries requirements.
