Born in Rome, Italy in 1967, Michele attained a BBA from the University of Rome in 1991; thereafter he relocated to London where he has been resident for 14 years. Michele's expertise embrace starting-up new ventures in the aviation, technology, entertainment & leisure industries, advising corporate clients on the issuance of debt and equity securities and assisting their private or public placement; advising clients on business strategy, joint ventures, merger and acquisition transactions; identifying sources and assisting in the procurement of commercial loans for corporate clients. Michele's services have been instrumental to the Initial Public Offering of Prima Industrie on the Italian Stock Exchange, the start-up of National Jet Italia S.p.A. - a British Airways franchise operation based in Italy, the start-up of Worldzap.com a packager and providers of premium sports, entertainment and news content for mobile media, and to raise in excess of $ 200m in shipping mortgage-backed credit facilities. Michele has been resident in Tanzania between 2007 and 2021 living between Zanzibar and Dar es Salaam. Throughout his years in Africa, Michele has started-up various businesses in real estate, advisory, entertainment as well as been a founding member of the EU Business Group of which he is a honorary member of the board.In 2021 Michele relocated to his home country Italy where he is continuing his advisory practice as well as starting new projects.
