Before founding Lime, I spent over 15 years “in the trenches” as a marketer delivering $20M to $2B in annual sales targets, launching products, and finding growth in mid-to-late lifecycle brands. Later, on the front lines of transformational change, I ran marketing and sales capabilities for 4,500 commercial employees, built out an operations function in a Fortune 100 company, and developed scores of leaders and teammates along the way. I like to see results, make an impact, and get things done.But I also believe in being decidedly human in HOW things get done. The intersection of people and profit has been an important aspect of my work. Having lived in six countries and traveled to over forty, I bring a global curiosity and a drive to help others realize their potential. In my PhD research, I discovered new ways for executives to create the good life they deserve, and bring this perspective in all the work we do at Lime.How can we help you grow?
