Serve as a member of the Cobb Chamber's Leadership Team to support the overall mission and strategy of our organization. Lead a team of 5 event planners and hundreds of volunteers to create engaging programing, share compelling stories, grow future leaders, and create one-of-a-kind experiences for our Cobb Chamber members and community partners. Lead our Cobb Chamber's annual culture and engagement strategy and facilitate our Great Place to Work team efforts. Serve as a staff lead for the Cobb Chamber Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council’s Programs & Leadership Development Committee. Personally plan and execute the Annual Dinner gala, our largest signature event, as well as our annual economic development best practice trip, the Strategic Visit.

Provide vision, leadership and management for a team of six event managers, collaborating with 1,000+ volunteers to plan and execute 350+ Cobb Chamber programs and events annually.

Responsible for oversight of team, working with 400+ volunteers to support five leadership programs.

Responsible for oversight of the Leadership Programs team, while working specifically with Leadership Cobb and the Alumni Association programs.

Manage day-to-day operations for the Leadership Cobb program, supporting over 250 volunteers annually.

Provided comprehensive administrative support for the entire Leadership Programs Department.
