Forecasting in nothing but the start of everything. Thanks to a reliable forecast process, it’s possible to assure many advantages, such as: optimized stock level/availability, new products launch dimensioning, accurate estimation of the turnover landing, reduction of obsolete stock and so on.Main responsibilities:- Owner of the forecast process for launches, not for sales products, catalogue and promotional goods (approx. 2500 SKUs)- Coordinator of the monthly meeting with the board of directors of the brand- Key user for international and local projects Main goals:- Continuous improvement of KPIs: forecast accuracy (+2 pt vs A-1), obsolete stock level (-7% VS a-1), service level (+0,3 pt vs A-1) which, on top of the KPI improvement itself, led to less measurable developments for instance a smoother sales process and optimized costs in the P&L- Triple digits saving (in k€) on each of the two main projects that I have been leader on. While working on this two sided position, I got the chance to either work closely with the supply chain director and other apical roles and, simultaneously, be the key user for transversal projects within the supply chain.Main responsibilities:- Owner of the monthly cost reporting process. It also included the proactive analysis of the main areas of the supply chain such as: order to delivery cost calculation, warehouse inbound/outbound performance, credit exposure, returns and refusals examination.- Key user of international projects which were transversal to more than one area of the supply chain. i.e. first retail project for L’Oréal, flash sales organization, SAP security. Main goals:- Implementation of the Kanban replenishment method to the flash sales event. The On Shelf Availability, even if not quantitatively measurable, has been visibly improved during the whole event, leading to an important progress of the sales performance. This project led more than 20 people, both Italian and foreigners, to cooperate between different business units in order to have the best roll out possible. After one year of hard work, the roll out has been smooth and the project provided a lot of people with new features to simplify their daily tasks.

The beginning of my working career started in the customer care for Kiehl’s, retail brand part of L’Oréal Luxe. Being in close contact with the brand and the customers let me experience not only the complexity of the processes but also the joy of good results, new openings and happy clients. Main responsibilities:- Owner of the SAP process. Order, delivery and invoice creation. - Contact person for all the Italian boutiques and the French central warehouse .Main goals:- Creation of an automatic Excel tool that is able to generate ad hoc forecasts for each boutique, based on its sellout. This tool gave many advantages, such as optimization of the stock level and lowered reorder frequency.- Computerization of many daily tasks that were time consuming with no added value. I.e. creation of sales order on SAP, extraction and analysis of the boutiques KPI from BW.
