Produce events including golf tournaments and dinners to engage customers, and networks with healthcare professionals through health expos, and seminars, as well as medical presentations for Surgeon’s educational lectures, meetings. Monitor and maintain customer service programs and policies. Report creation and review for ROI. Creation and monitor all advertising to align with FDA regulations. • Increased client load from 45 surgeries per month to 150-200 per month.• Established and opened satellite offices.• Developed a referring physician program, including: recruiting new physicians throughout DFW, to create patient referrals, developing and maintaining existing physician relationships to increase referrals, and physician visits on a weekly basis.

Texas Blue Armor Brotherhood is a nonprofit benefitting first responders from Texas. As the project manager, I organize and facilitate events and fundraisers. Proceeds from the benefits and fundraisers go to scholarships for children of first responders, as well as continued education for the first responders themselves. Proceeds may also go to first responders that experience a life changing event and need assistance to continue daily expenses.

I currently handle the website and marketing for this full service Med Spa, as well as the marketing for Fort Worth LapBand.
