Seven words about Me:#Customer is the cornerstone of my business strategy. I always start a sales action from the analysis of customersโ profiles, then I develop the business plan on meeting their needs and creating delightful brand experiences. In today digitally driven and socially engaged world, brand advocacy is fundamental in order to build a long term success on the markets: the main goal is to create value for customers.#Digital is the key that have changed my view of business. We are living an era full of opportunities thanks to digital tools: I am daily studying how to manage this disruption, developing new chances and expanding me and my partnersโ business. I believe that human touch is still the best way to create a business relationship, anyway a good digital strategy allows also small companies to become global. #Export is my job but first of all is my passion. In the last twelve years I have started partnerships in five Continents, 70+ Countries and met 400+ partners - distributors and OEM - in B2B and B2C. Doesnโt matter the industry, I am fine with robotics as with food: my mission is to take a product manufactured in Country A and find the best ways to sell it in Countries B, C or wherever it could have a potential market. #Global is the point of view I always try to keep, having the world as a unique playground. Cross-cultural exchange and management is at the base of my education and career growth: this means to be open to different viewpoints and, at the same time, to accept that a particular situation may not be like anything I am familiar with. #Responsibility is my commitment to the community of stakeholders, employees and partners. In every business plan I take into account the social impact of the project and its positive results not only for the shareholders. Have care signifies also to be able to apply my business knowledge to any social activity I join as volunteer. #Team is the secret weapon: a partner or a colleagueโs point of view can often open the door to a different solution and a potential new occasion. Be part of a team means for me to listen (always listen first!), challenge, be accountable and lead the teammates towards a common goal. #Why? I never stop asking questions and always look for alternative solutions: the road to future success starts analyzing the map and looking at that with new eyes.
