I spent my first years with the goal of become the head of production but when my way seemed already defined ... I stepped back, a new job in a new company with a new position: service manager. The first step for my professional growth!I've always been focused to learn quickly, spending my time on the ground developing procedures in order to increase my efficiency and having more time to invest in my continuous growth. In 10 years I covered many tasks performing new skills: service, scheduling of production using barcode technology, special CAD 3D and PDM design software, CAE software for fluidodinamics and structural simulations, ERP solution, Supply Chain improving, introduction to Lean and Kaizen approach.Since 2013, started like a joke, I spent my time to improve my commercial skill. Learning the secrets from the sales men with whom I worked with, I studied English and I began traveling awith around the world with the scope of develop new markets, from Spain to Ukraine, from Sweden to Egypt, from China to USA passing trough Chile and Brazil where we established a new syster company. In 3 years we doubled the incoming orders of baghouse filters, cartridge dust collectors and industrial filtration and dedusting systems, increasing the product range for industrial, food, chemical, recycling and energy sector applications.I'm passionate about business development, member of the board since 2007, involved into company merge process and always looking for new markets and new opportunities.My contact information:m.chini@tamaaernova.com
