I am the managing partner of brandstory, a strategic brand consulting firm.We help HR directors to increase the return on investment for staff through the emotional and professional wellbeing of their people. I promote the brand within the organization with a unique and innovative tool: the Strategic Brand Story™.I have dedicated my career to brands and people.Over the years I have worked in all marketing communication disciplines; I have lived and worked in all regions of the world; I partnered with many of the best companies having lived and worked in Milan, Johannesburg, New York, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, London.I have always worked in leading communication agencies, where the only capital is the human one, committing myself to the emotional and professional growth of the people I worked with.I have always been committed to “do the right thing”, both for clients and for people, putting their interests before mine, thus earning their trust.I have contributed to growing turnover and profits, the value of brands equity and people. I managed change, promoted diversity and inclusion.I’m also a lecturer at the European School of Economics.I now live in the family house in Tuscany, on the hills between Pisa and Lucca.
