Manage the Joint Use department serving all regions of PHI's territory (Washington DC, Maryland, Delaware and southern New Jersey). Responsible for the $6M O&M budget resulting in $27M in annual revenue. Supervise, market, manage and secure agreements for all third party applicants requesting attachment to the utilities' infrastructure. Keep abreast of telecommunication and electric utility rules, regulations and laws governing each industry in order to maximize the business focus and relationships for each.

Responsible for negotiations of dark and lit fiber optic agreements to support this new CLEC's network buildout. Also included in the team responsible for negotiating the InterConnection agreements with Verizon.

Managed a team including marketing, site acquisition and construction of third party wireless sites on electric utility infrastructure. Brought in revenue in excess of $1M, in the first year of construction.

Responsible for identifying and implementing new business opportunities opened as a result of the passing of The Telecommunication Act. The net result was the start of two new non-regulated businesses leveraging utility assets.

Responsible for negotiations of all utility property in tax reevaluations matters. Successfully negotiated over 500+ parcels resulting in over $100M in company savings. Purchased and sold properties as needed, secured all necessary permits and variances. Testified at public hearings on the company's behalf.

Responsible for investigations into all third party claims filed against the company. Testified in court hearings in support of the company's position regarding underground damage claims.

Lead paralegal in all asbestos litigation cases handled by this defense firm. Responsible for handling all cases from complaint through trial. Managed 5 paralegals and the scheduling of 5 attorneys comprising the asbestos litigation team.
