About Michele Warner

Hello LinkedIn Folks! My name is Michele and I am passionate about plants, ecosystem interactions, birds, butterflies, dinosaurs (so this one doesn't always work out professionally), art, and ethics! I have spent my professional career looking after a variety of ecosystems and plant communities including high quality black oak savanna, mixed deciduous woodlands, tall grass and mixed to short grass prairies, fens, bogs, riparian zones, and other wetland areas. My experiences include work with the endangered Karner blue butterfly, floristic quality indexes, fire effects monitoring, habitat restoration, prescribed fire, proposal and report writing, database management, technical photography, invasive species control, and volunteer coordinating. Reaching challenging goals with an amazing team is very rewarding for me. I am a voracious and insatiable learner and am quick to encourage others to build their knowledge. Below are bullet points about some of the jobs I have performed. As always, if you have any questions or would just like to introduce yourself feel free to drop me a note anytime!

Listed skills include Ecology, Wildlife, Habitat Restoration, Natural Resource Management, and 21 others.
