Under the 501(c)3 fiscal agent Girls Today Women Tomorrow Leadership Mentoring Program, Inc., I administered contracts from the City of Los Angeles Economic Workforce Development Department. FUEGO Tech mentored and trained young men and women to become fire fighters for the U.S. Forest Service. Many of our young cadets grew up in challenging neighborhoods which resulted in a range of convictions on their personal records. These convictions inhibited them from gaining meaningful employment in any industry. It was incredibly rewarding to see, and still see to this day, the careers many of these individuals have created for themselves in and out of the U.S. Forest Service as a result of FUEGO Tech.

I was the founding President and CEO of Girls Today Women Tomorrow Leadership Mentoring Program Inc (GTWT), a project that started as a small after school club in 1996 under the fiscal administration of the Los Angeles Conservation Corps.I originally volunteered for 3 years with digital cameras and computers while facilitating activities for Los Angeles inner-city youth. In 2005, I incorporated Girls Today Women Tomorrow (GTWT) as it's own stand alone 501c3. I administered contracts awarded by: The United States Department of Labor, Workforce Investment Act; Congressional Appropriation Funds administered through the U.S. Department of Education; California State Department of Health and Human Services; California Department of Parks and Recreation, the City of Los Angeles Community Development Department, Community Challenge Grant; the Mayor's GRYD Program, and numerous corporation and foundation grants. GTWT began in 1996 with less than 20 girls and grew to serve thousands when I left the organization in 2012 to pursue the projects I'm working on today. It's an honor to have seen so many of our participants from the past as college graduates today, mentoring a new generation of youth.

Oversaw and performed film duplication, archiving, color correction and image editing for clients such as Universal Studios, Warner Brothers, Paramount Studios and numerous television networks, print publications, and high-end commercial photographers. Worked closely with film development lab technicians to fine tune algorithms to optimize the highest quality digital film output, using both Mac and PC operating systems.
