-Manages the billing, cash posting and credit & collections functions of the SHPS Human Resource Solutions (HRS) division and SHPS Carewise Health division products. -Responsible for managing SHPS accounts receivables by ensuring accurate and timely billing and cash posting, managing collections activities on overdue accounts, and compiling credit information for existing and potential clients.-Implements and oversees process improvement and controls and acts as a liaison between my department and internal and external clients.

Performed general ledger journal entries, reconciliation and complex maintenance on 120 million dollar portfolio of accounts.Prepared daily updates on customer accounts to distribute to both external and internal clients.Initiated electronic transfer of funds via Federal Reserve Wire account. Reconciled incoming wires to customer receivables ledger.
