During my career as an association leader I have had the opportunity to work with many wonderful volunteers, across multiple industries and public/private sectors, who are dedicated to their professions and their communities. I’ve worked alongside students and CEO’s alike for organizations of many sizes and scopes to create and execute strategies that sustain organizations, support professions and advance careers. I am committed to creating an inclusive, equitable environment where all team members are encouraged to contribute and grow. I leverage interpersonal relationships, data and technology-based solutions to achieve positive outcomes. I believe that the right balance of strategic thinking and tactical execution leads to success.I am an empathetic, ethical, and collaborative leader. My broad background includes non-profit Governance, developing and executing organizational strategies, cultivating partnerships and alliances, aligning staff and volunteer resources with strategic objectives, leading the start-up of two non-profit organizations, leading cross-functional teams, launching new programs, managing finances and operations, advancing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and fundraising. I believe that everyone brings something to the table and strive to seek out the best in others as well as give my best self to everything I do.
