Michele's experience is in design and development, team leadership, business development, and sales.As director of an award-winning, multidisciplinary design firm, he is focused on business development and design consultancy for spatial design projects, managing operations, design development, sales, and client management within the commercial, hospitality, and residential environments.His focus is in creative and experiential design, directing the requirements and functions needed to achieve the project brief, based on quality, functionality, and aesthetics.He collaborates with teams by being active in the design process, and builds meaningful partnerships with clients. As a project manager he collaborates with ambitious teammates to fulfil a common purpose and achieve their goals. He is a passionate thinker and creator, with wide ranging interests from design, business, strategy, art, culture, philosophy, and history. His creative and logical thinking, together with a hands-on approach, has nurtured a natural spirit in me to improve the evolution of my work. As a consistent and curious learner, he enjoys rolling up my sleeves and am always keen to get involved at any role.Adding to his endeavours, he volunteers at an NPO in Portugal, staging events for start-ups to pitch their business's to a room of investors for funding, called Be Brave.
