Tenfold Business Coaching is a new face for the Glen Iris / Camberwell branch of ActionCOACH, where I have been Operations Manager since 2003. One of the accomplishments of this role has been managing the office relocation, expansion and brand creation for Tenfold. In this role I look after the marketing, SEO and website management, trend analysis and planning for future marketing requirements, as well as: - Initial client contact, lead qualification and sales, sales support for our coaches, and sales administration. - Training our new coaches in our systems and processes, and ongoing coach support. - General office management, dealing with suppliers, stock control, IT maintenance and troubleshooting, major office projects and report writing. - Bookkeeping, BAS, HR and working with our accountant and other outside professionals to meet our compliance requirements. This is a varied and challenging role, with something new to learn every week.
