Served as project manager for design of PeopleSoft 8.8 eRecruit implementation for major credit card company of 13,000 employees. Worked with recruiting teams to define processes and requirements. Performed project manager duties for design and development of PeopleSoft 8.8 HRMS manager self-service implementation that provided web-based manager self-service transactions, including job data changes, transfers, promotions and demotions, salary changes, leaves of absence, and terminations. Implemented workflow and work lists, as well as creation of Proxy/Delegation functionality.
