I joined the Smires & Associates team during one of the toughest real estate markets and still managed to position myself as a leading Mercer County Realtor. I partnered with the Broker and was responsible for his client management, marketing and processing all of his transactions successfully closing 36 transactions with a total dollar amount of nearly $10mm in 2011, up almost $2mm from the year before. I also closed 14 transactions of my own in 2012 totaling nearly $4mm before my move to Illinois in September of that year. I was responsible for the marketing strategy and its success is evidenced by consecutive years of increased production. While at Smires & Associates, I engaged in continuing education and became a National Association of Realtors Certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource.
