I'm a creative, dedicated real estate professional with excellent analytical skills. I started my career in 2009 in New Jersey and built a large network. When I moved to Illinois in 2012, I had to start from scratch. Maybe it's that East Coast tenacity but once I earned my Illinois Real Estate Broker license, I was able to quickly establish relationships and close transactions. I eventually found my place at North Clybourn Group and with their resources and mentoring, I became one of their leading brokers assisting residential, investor and developer clients with buying, selling and leasing properties.I moved back to New Jersey in 2019 and have since expanded into commercial mortgage brokerage with Capital & Venture Resources. This new endeavor has allowed me to deepen my real estate knowledge and flex my creativity by handling deals requiring complex underwriting and debt placement. I have also continued within the field of residential real estate and have formed a new partnership with Sruti Desai. I know that buying and selling real estate, whether residential or commercial, is a huge financial decision and I pride myself on educating my clients, staying in constant communication with them and acting as their advocate so they feel confident and comfortable. I have a very streamlined approach and do the research and upfront work to ensure the process is smooth even if the transaction itself is complex.
