I'm putting my international business experience into play and channeling my inner foodie at the helm full time for Pitfire Pizza International. My husband and I created and launched this brand and food concept in 2014 after years of tinkering with recipes, perfecting our dough, and tasting sessions in our kitchen. We recently opened a new location in JLT and we can’t keep up with the demand! I’m now overseeing everything from people to food to operations to catering to marketing and brand expansion.
