Managed a team of six engineers that focused on HVAC and Propulsion Cooling System component warranty reduction. Used data mining to identify issues and determine root cause and implemented corrective actions. Lessons learned were driven back into future designs and shared with suppliers as appropriate. Under my leadership we reduced 2018 12 months in service warranty by 28 IPTV - the lowest since 2013.

Balanced cost, mass, investment and quality of HVAC and Propulsion cooling systems in the new Cruze. Led engineers in the validation and launch of these systems and repored status and issues to SMT leadership and the Program Team. Coordinated activities with engineers in Germany, Mexico, Australia, Korea, China, and the US and supported launch activities in many of those regions.

Selected and packaged HVAC and Propulsion Cooling systems in new vehicle architectures. Balanced cost, quality, mass, and performance of the those systems. Worked with Design, Styling, and the Program Team to optimize performance while enabling the desired look of the vehicle.
