Have worked in varying positions with increasing responsibility throughout the insurance industry. Began my career as a personal lines CSR 20+ years ago at an independant insurance agency. Obtained my CIC designation in 2009.Began working for The Starr group in March of 2005 as a commercial account assistant and in 2009 was promoted to a position as Commercial Account Manager/Sales Agent where I remained till November of 2014.In November of 2014 I accepted a position as a Commercial Account Manager at Mid State Insurance in Mequon until September of 2015.In September of 2015 I accepted a position working for the President of the largest insurance Agency in Wisconsin, Robertson Ryan and Associates, as a Commercial CSR.Specialties: Have successfully developed insurance programs for small to mid size companies including but not limited to: contractors, mill workers, restaurants, condo associations, taverns/bars, day cares, gas stations and many more. I have worked as support for Producers on accounts which range in size from $1,500 in premium to over $1,000,000, answering those customers billing, coverage, claims and risk management questions as well as cross selling to help my clients decrease risk as their business changes/grows and new risk reduction products become available.
