Established and aligned field training strategies for existing restaurants and new store openings with company mission to “cultivate a better world” and operations priorities. Developed new Director of Training position for established casual dining restaurant franchisee with 26 locations. Created videos, employee training programs, instructor-led training, and operations manuals for frontline team members, restaurant managers, and certified restaurant trainers. Managed the selection and development of new restaurant opening teams while directing all aspects of a new restaurant opening, including pre-opening budget, training, operations, restaurant set up, marketing, and post opening follow up.
