Led the creation and implementation of training delivery methods for frontline team members, restaurant managers, and above store leaders for established quick service restaurant (QSR) chain across 600+ company and franchised locations. Used project management platform to plan, create, update, and deliver employee training including video, eLearning courses, and printed materials through new learning management system. Established and aligned field training strategies with operations “focus for better” strategy. Collaborated with cross-functional teams in the development and simplification of training systems and new procedures for enterprise-wide rollouts. Led training team of 4 direct and 3 indirect reports.

Developed new Director of Training position for established fast-casual restaurant chain with 250+ locations. Created and implemented a proprietary learning management system (LMS). Used project management platform to plan, create, update, and deliver employee training to frontline team members and restaurant managers including video, webinars, and printed materials. Created competency-based leadership development program for managers and above store leaders. Led training team of 3 direct reports.

Developed new Director of Training position for established casual dining restaurant franchisee with 26 locations. Created videos, employee training programs, instructor-led training, and operations manuals for frontline team members, restaurant managers, and certified restaurant trainers. Managed the selection and development of new restaurant opening teams while directing all aspects of a new restaurant opening, including pre-opening budget, training, operations, restaurant set up, marketing, and post opening follow up. Led multiple indirect reports.
