"To support and facilitate organisational and personal change" is what has really engaged me in all the project I leaded or took part in. I feel challenged both when I am explicitly requested to deliver development/training projects and when I lead a team of colleagues in delivering results. Acknowledging that there is always a threshold that can be overcome and a skill improved is the best way to accomplish results.
