My current position includes a variety of tasks. I collaborate with our President to create and execute ESI's annual Marketing plan. The main focus is to expand our brand recognition to reiterate our reputable standing within the food industry. We support companies that safely feed the world.I work to find new opportunities for our sales personnel to get ESI in front of new clients to diversify our client base and stay in front of our existing clients using strategies that will allow ESI to remain their preferred design-build partner. To further support these efforts, I am responsible for all actions associated with managing ESI's website and multiple social media platforms. This includes the creation of content through analyzing performance metrics. I handle all activities related to our industry memberships, including subscription-based entities like the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). Other duties include serving as our customer relationship management system's administrator, sourcing, and providing creative direction to our job site photography and videography subcontractors. I am responsible for the creation and execution of all marketing materials and serve our nationwide salespeople by designing their customer presentations, proposals, tradeshow booths, promotional items, and apparel. I directly report to the President and organize his schedule, travel arrangements, internal/external meetings, and assist with various Microsoft Office programs.
