Senior Life Case Manager At Ash Brokerage
CurrentAs a Senior Life Case Manager at Ash Brokerage, this position serves as a liaison between high producing agents/brokers and insurance carriers to expedite the application and issue process for life insurance applications. Some of my responsibilities include:- Monitoring progress of cases, facilitates the procurement of outstanding requirements, and provides ongoing status to agent/broker. - Serving as a concierge level liaison between agents / brokers and insurance carriers. - Reviewing related medical information and identifies issues that may obstruct issuance of the policy as applied for, and develops creative solutions, presenting agents with alternatives. - Performing “pre-underwriting" function through review and analysis of medical and occupational information, family history and beneficiary designation. - Compare medical information contained in agent's application to that recorded in medical records/ requirements; identifies and investigates obvious discrepancies and obtains further documentation as necessary. - Through regular contact with agents and underwriters, I establish and maintain rapport to enhance working relationships. - Capitalize on opportunity to educate agents on various product offerings and the benefits of doing business with Ash Brokerage. - Respond to agent requests for quotes by gathering and assessing client-specific needs and recommending best product for given circumstances.Ash Brokerage’s team of more than 300 industry experts are committed to investigating, analyzing and comparing products and sales concepts to ensure the advisor has all the right solutions.
