I open my home to clients for private lessons in several forms of yoga.

I started working for NYSC in 1998 as an instructor. I continue to teach their currently. In addition, I have held several key management roles: Program Services Manager at the Nyack location. My duties included managing personal training and group exercise. This is the location where the company "beta" tested their new programs and services.Area Group Exercise Manager for Westchester and Connecticut. I was responsible for managing group exercise programs and staff for up to 15 clubs at a time. This include free programs, as well as, fee based programs.

Interstate Mechanical Services - 09/05-12/09 and Ambient Labs, Inc. - 1/98-8/00In these two roles I represented the firms at professional meetings, conferences and related committees. It was my responsibility to develop sales and marketing tools and programs. Those responsibilities included: qualification packages, conferences, presentations, brochures, advertisements, newsletters, corporate gifts and the web page.This involved writing, editing, and contributing articles for publication in professional journals and newsletters. Identified and developed new markets for existing services I also coordinated special events including golf outings, black ties, fundraisers, wine tastings’, cooking classes, and more.

At LMC/SPFHC I managed the daily operations of three dental clinics and offices, includes resource allocation of 20 operatories, 40 attending physicians, 11 onsite dental post-graduate residents, 24 chair-side assistants, 8 receptionists, 2 supervisors, 2 dental hygienists, 2 clinic coordinators and 2 secretaries. In addition, I coordinated the department's activities including, but not limited to: the Orthodontic Rehabilitation Program, the School Health Dental Screening Program, the Augustana Nursing Home, the Continuous Quality Improvement Committee, the Medicaid Prior Approval Program. I also provided didactic instruction via video-teleconferencing to post-graduate dental residents , developed departmental budgets, policies and procedures, and maintained departmental compliance with local, state and federal authorities including site visit preparation, report preparation and submission.

While at NYU My primary responsibility was to provide clinical and didactic instruction to students. Clinical instruction was provided in "Principles of Dental Hygiene III," Principles of Dental Hygiene IV' and "Dental Materials." I developed and taught "Introduction to Health Policy and Management" to the baccalaureate candidates. Guest lectures offered included Pharmacology Board Review." "Plaque Control," and "Preparing for the National Boards". I also offered tutoring to learning disabled students.
