Planned and Project Managed synchronous optical network (SONET) interoffice transport infrastructure facilities (fiber cable & electronics), serving half of the CBT operating area, as well as customer specific network applications to strengthen CBT's network survivability and competitive position. Assessed critical capacity demands and economic alternatives for network transport & switching applications to determine budgetary requirements and timing of projects. Provided technical support to Sales, Marketing, and Service Costs for cost studies associated with customer specific applications and proposed tariff offerings.
