Provides administrative support across the organization by simultaneously managing any incoming phone calls, receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers and updating calendars by scheduling meetings and appointments. Takes initiative to solve problems and take on special projects by marketing Bodybar to local organizations across TCU and the Fort Worth area.

Invented ways to streamline communication and execute a strategic PR plan. Developed and maintained calendars (editorial, press conferences, events, etc.) on a weekly and monthly basis, as well as undertook general administrative and clerical duties. Monitored analytics with social media team to identify viable ideas and create engaging blog and social media content. Participated in brainstorming and planning sessions to support relations with stakeholders, media outlets and vendors.

Organized city wide philanthropic events with over a thousand customers whose proceeds support St. Jude Hospital and Cook Children's Hospital. Assisted in raising $50,000 for Camp Sanguinity with Cookies and Castles and Delta Dunkfest events. Reached our goal of $15 million in donations in 5 years with our combined events. In the year prior, acted as Assistant to the Philanthropy Chair by managing a dynamic budget fulfilled solely by donations and ensured proper gratitude was expressed to those benefactors.

Assisted in the presentation of signage to potential sponsors and boosters on behalf of the professional sports team management. Provided personalized tours of the ballpark and practice areas, while facilitating 'meet and greets' with the players. Created, planned and implemented specialized activities while coordinating multiple camps for children with disabilities at the facility.
