Senior Manager, Employee Communications, Development And Engagement
CurrentResponsible for planning and managing activities that support an engaged and high performing employee culture. I am continuously seeking innovative and creative ways to drive employee engagement through effective employee communications, employee learning and development offerings, leadership development, and diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives.• Spearhead employee communications strategies, driving engagement, and alignment with the Globe’s mission, vision, and values.• Develop and execute internal communication plans, including newsletters, town halls, strategy documents and diversity reporting that both inform and inspire employees.• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive learning and development strategies, with a special emphasis on leadership development.• Oversee DEI training and educational programs, foster a culture of respect, awareness, and inclusion.• Collaborate with leadership to embed DEI principles into all aspects of the organization, from recruitment to company culture.• Partner with external organizations and stakeholders to broaden community engagement and partnerships that support DEI initiatives. • Champion mental health and wellness initiatives, creating a supportive and stigma-free environment for employees.
