- Develop and execute internal communication plans, including newsletters, town halls, strategy documents and diversity reporting that both inform and inspire employees.
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive learning and development strategies, with a special emphasis on leadership development.
- Oversee DEI training and educational programs, foster a culture of respect, awareness, and inclusion.
- Collaborate with leadership to embed DEI principles into all aspects of the organization, from recruitment to company culture.
