As BDM my activity is on country level, on all International Road Freight Branches and all the Sales Team.My main tasks are:• Sales Team Management• Monitoring Sales Performance of Rhenus Sales Team• Defining Sales Strategies on Country Level• Business development for new AccountS• Developing relation with other Rhenus BU’s • Developing relation with other Rhenus Countries

As Sales Project Manager my activity is on country level supporting all Rhenus Branches and all Rhenus Products on the Italian Market.Main responsibilities:- Developing new business opportunity through all the Company Products (main focus Road International, Road Domestic, Warehousing, Home Delivery services)- Linking the different Product organization in order to cross-sell Rhenus to the actual Customers- Special Project: developing complex project across Company Products- Tender: acquisition of new business through Tender on Country level or European level- Key Account: building strong and trust relationships with strategic clients

Main responsabilities:- Developing trust, strong and lasting relationships with strategic clients- Achieving designated sales targets through the implementation of specific strategies for key customers- Understanding customer needs and extending the partnership by continuously proposing solutions- Ensuring the correct services are delivered to customers in a correct way and in a timely manner- Being the link between key accounts and internal teams
