A well presented dedicated individual who wants to make a difference. Just started a new role at Hughes Paddison as Head CashierPrevious role was Goughs, a challenging varied role reporting to the Board. Advising and negotiating contracts with 3rd party suppliers to obtain the best for the Firm. Achievements included, the redesign and implementation of all new IT infrastructure, from data communications to virtualisation. Allowing remote access for home working, upgrading software to maintain the user experience. Internal business systems continued to evolve to encompass risk and compliance, GDPR and cybersecurity, providing full documentation of all changes. Risk seminars and user work shops were set up to maintain staff awareness. This approach continued throughout the department, from reviewing internal Accounting procedures due to changes in the Solicitors Accounts Rules, Risk and Compliance, to setting up new procedures for authorising bank payments. Creating dual protocol with bank to allow for bank payments to be processed if either parties systems were compromised.
