Drafted IP clauses and rationale provided to customer in response to a complex invitation to tender from a foreign entity for a billion-dollar proposal, and collaborated with chief engineers regarding protection of the IP involved in the requested deliverables. Revised and negotiated various intellectual property agreements for the commercial division, including licensing and technical assistance agreements, software licensing agreements, transition agreements, and a joint test-flight agreement. Collaborated with inventors with regard to preparing patent applications and supervising outside counsel in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, both domestic and foreign.
