I’m Michele, a 40 something Geordie. I’m originally from Northumberland, but I’ve lived in Norfolk for 22 years so I like to think of myself as “dual nationality”. I’ve been married to Stuart (a local lad from Costessey) for 15 years, and we have share our lives with 2 whippets, Jack and Bella.I’m lucky enough to run my own graphic design business, PX2 Ltd. I took over running the business in 2009, when it was known as Jeffrey Pellin Consultancy, where I’d been working with the owners Jeffrey and Paula for 7 years. They decided it was time to retire, due to ill health and suggested that I might like to purchase the company.I now run the business from my home studio in Coltishall just outside of Norwich and in the heart of the Norfolk Broads. I manage a small team of talented designers and coders who I call on as and when I need them.I have been working in the design industry since 1999, and have a BA Hons in Graphic Design, but I hadn’t planned on running my own business! I jumped in at the deep end, and now I deal with absolutely everything in the office back to keep the business running smoothly, from setting up subscription payments, chasing up invoices, keeping the day to day accounts up to date, to planning and running large events, with all the challenges that brings.As a Graphic Designer I produce creative solutions for print and web by building websites and web elements, creating new logos, and implementing brand identities (my favourite thing!). I offer a full range of artwork and design services: leaflets, business cards, brochures, banners, posters, etc. as well as creating newsletters for both print and email. I also maintain the social media channels with scheduled and targeted posts across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and You Tube.
