In my whole career, I designed and built-up solutions for e-commerce, e-procurement, Content and Knowledge Management, insurance systems, integration across multi-channel CRM environments, energy management, energy settlement, master data solutions, encryption solutions; each of these solutions foresee a close integration with other existing solutions or legacy system.My neverending curiosity toward processes, technologies, and how people and organizations can achieve the best economic result is, in my understanding, the key factor in my career.Some foreign experiences with World Food Programme and the World Bank have proved to me how my experience can be valuable also in contexts really distant from Italian culture.Faced markets and industries have been the most diverse as insurance, public sector, ICT companies, transportation & logistics, manufacturing, energy, and more up to this final in gaming and cryptocurrencies.With such a wideness of experience, eclecticism is nowadays my best key success factor due to my ability to mix up all these experiences to design and propose effective solutions to almost any business case.Moreover, I always had a hands-on approach despite the project's economical size (from half a million euros up to 3 million euros) with the precise objective of building a focused and committed group where each member can count on colleagues’ help at every level of organization.Any result cannot be achieved without a strong and united group of professionals and leadership by example I believe is the key to uniting a team.
