My responsibilities involve the design process of new innovative machines in the packaging automation field, from the high level and mechanical conception, the cost evaluation, the definition of the software aspects to the manufacturing and validation test. The range of machines I deal with, includes in particular palletising robots, wrap-around packers, shrink packers, cartesian manipulators and palletisers. Recent roles: I have led my team for the development of new types of robotic palletising islands, now I am the project leader for a new wrap-around packer.
